Pada 21 Oktober 2020, kerajaan telah bersetuju dengan cadangan Pelan Rekalibrasi Pendatang Asing Tanpa Izin (PATI) yang merangkumi dua komponen utama program khas berkenaan iaitu Program Rekalibrasi Pulang dan Program Rekalibrasi Tenaga Kerja.
